The weekly KAUA‘I CULINARY MARKET will feature plantation foods that were brought to Kaua‘i during the sugar plantation days from diverse cultures and continue to be enjoyed by residents and visitors today. Plus, a special chef demonstration by Living Foods will illustrate the different flavors and cultural influences of the sugar plantation era on local food.
